Record Dates This Week: JSW Dulux, Tech Mahindra among 13 important names with corporate actions lined up

As many as 13 important companies are expected to see corporate actions lined up this week, with regards to stock splits, share buybacks, and dividend announcements made earlier. Most of these will take place starting Wednesday, October 21, as there is no major corporate action lined up for Monday and Tuesday happens to be a holiday for the stock markets on account of Dusshera. Here's a look at some of the important corporate actions lined up for the week: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company had announced an interim dividend of ₹30 per share along with its September quarter results.

The record date for this has been fixed as Wednesday, October 21. The other company whose record date has been fixed for Wednesday is MRPL , who announced an interim dividend of ₹3 per share. Thursday, October 22, happens to be the date when shares of JSW Dulux, will begin to trade adjusted for their stock split .

JSW Dulux plans on dividing the one share which currently carries a face value of ₹10 into 10 shares of face value of ₹1 each. Thursday is also the record date for the share buyback announced by VRL Logistics. The ₹280 crore buyback, set to be carried out via the tender offer route, will be carried out at a price of ₹320 per share.

Dividends announced by Angel One (₹1.4 per share) and Tips Music (₹6.5 per share), will also have their record dates on Thursday. Most of the other record dates this week happen to take place on Friday, October 23, when 360 ONE WAM , will begin to trade adjusted for the ₹7.5 per share dividend it announced with its results last week. Interim dividends announced by HDB Financial Services (₹2 per share), ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company (₹7 per share), IRFC (₹1.15 per share), LTM (₹25 per share), Oberoi Realty (₹2 per share), and Tech Mahindra (₹15 per share), will also have their respective record dates on Friday, as per the data available on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
